You can take any exam—whether in Dutch or English—remotely via our secure online proctoring service. For English-language exams, we offer the option to take the exam online at a distance without any additional costs. This allows us to provide a safe and controlled exam environment, no matter where you are.

We understand that strict schedules don’t always fit your availability. That’s why we allow you to choose three preferred dates and times for your exam. We will do our best to schedule the exam at a time that suits your preferences, making it not only possible but also convenient to get certified.

Our exam planning is designed with maximum flexibility in mind. You can select times that best suit your agenda—whether it’s early morning, late afternoon, or even on weekends. We aim to accommodate your preferences and ensure a seamless experience, whether you opt for an on-site or online exam.

In addition to on-site exams in Almere, we offer the option to take your exam online from the comfort of your own location. This gives you the freedom to choose the method that suits you best. Should you prefer to take your exam at our Almere test center, an additional fee applies for the physical exam facility. However, there are no extra charges for online exams, including all English-language certifications. You can count on our full support and technical assistance, both online and on-site.

Our website provides a detailed overview of all available exams. When registering, you can indicate three preferred exam dates and times. Together we will schedule the exact date and time. By clicking the “Product” link and selecting your preferences, you begin the simple registration process for your desired exam. We’ve streamlined the entire process to give you easy access to all essential information and help you focus on your preparation.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Exams

If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, please note the following conditions:

• You may reschedule or cancel your exam up to 10 business days in advance. An administrative fee of €95 applies.
• Changes or cancellations made within 10 business days of the scheduled exam will incur the full exam fee.

OEM Test Center Locations

OEM Office Elearning Menu in Almere is an official test center for various certification bodies, including Microsoft, Pearson VUE, and Certiport.

What sets OEM Office Elearning Menu apart is our flexible exam scheduling: as an IT training provider, we offer exam sessions not only during business hours but also in the evening and on Saturdays. This service is currently available at our Almere test center and may be expanded in the future. Please note: an additional fee applies for exams taken at our physical location.
