Exam changes or cancellations.

Should you have the need to reschedule or cancel your exam, please note the following conditions:

- You may reschedule or cancel your exam up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled exam date. This will incur an administration fee of €95.
- For changes or cancellations within 10 working days before the exam date you will be charged the full exam fee.

Exam locations at OEM

OEM Office Elearning Menu in Almere is a recognized test center for various certification organizations, including Microsoft, Pearson VUE and Certiport.

A unique feature of OEM Office Elearning Menu is its flexibility in exam taking: as an IT training provider, we offer the option of taking exams not only during regular business hours, but also in the evenings and on Saturdays. This service is readily available at our exam center in Almere and may be expanded in the future.
